Your order will not be shipped until the confirmation call is answered and confirmed.
We will make up to 3 call attempts to confirm your order.
If the call is not answered after 3 attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.
This process helps us ensure accurate delivery details and avoid any issues.

Shipping Timeline
After your order is confirmed via phone call, it will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of order.
Possible Delays

Please note that delivery times may vary due to:
Festivals or public holidays
Remote or service-restricted PIN codes
Unforeseen courier or logistical delays
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
